How to Use Toothpaste Tabs:
- Chew the tab into a creamy paste.
- Brush as normal with a dry toothbrush (electric or manual) — water just dilutes all that goodness.
- Spit out (rinse optional or after 10–15 min).
Pro tip 🤓: The longer hydroxyapatite stays on your teeth, the more effective it is.
How to Use Mouthwash Tabs:
- Crush the tab with your front teeth — preferably without water.
- Let your saliva activate the tab into a refreshing liquid.
- Swish vigorously through the mouth & between teeth — at least 30 seconds.
