Shipping policy

We're excited about your purchase and can't wait to send your Natch package out as soon as possible. Your package will be shipped carbon neutral via DHL (GoGreen) in an all-around recyclable package that is practical in size to ensure that your order arrives safely in a sustainable manner. 

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may still apply. The shipping costs are calculated on your shopping cart value and the calculation takes place after deducting any discounts.

We deliver Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders received before 12 noon (Central European Standard Time) will be processed on the same day. All orders are shipped as Standard Shipping (GoGreen) with DHL. 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Germany: 3-5 business days
  • Within Europe: 5-7 business days
  • Outside Europe: 7-14 business days

  • Zone 1: 7.90 EUR or free shipping for orders over 69 EUR
  • Zone 2: 9.90 EUR or free shipping for orders over 69 EUR  
  • Zone 3: 11.90 EUR or free shipping for orders over 100 EUR
  • Zone 4: 12.90 EUR or free shipping for orders over 100 EUR
  • Zone 5: 5.90 Pounds or free shipping for orders over 69 Pounds
  • Rest of the World: 15.90 EUR

  • Zone 1: 11.90 EUR 1-2 kg, 51.90 over 2 kg
