Terms & Conditions (AGB) – Natch Labs GmbH

1. SCOPE
These terms and conditions apply to all orders made through our online shop by consumers and merchants.

2. CONTRACTING PARTIES, CONTRACT CONCLUSION, CORRECTION OPTIONS
2.1 The contract is concluded with Natch Labs GmbH.
2.2 Note for deliveries to Switzerland:
For orders delivered to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded with MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 MWST), who also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery. No additional costs arise for the customer. The MeinEinkauf GmbH in Konstanz (DE285677365) is also part of the supply chain.
2.3 By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. You may place items in the cart without obligation and change entries anytime before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded when you click the order button. You will receive an immediate confirmation via email.

3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE & STORAGE
Contract languages: German & English.
If you created a customer account, you can access your orders there. Otherwise, the contract text is not stored or retrievable after purchase.

4. SHIPPING

5. PAYMENT
Available payment options:
– Credit card (via Stripe)
– PayPal
– Klarna (Sofort)
– Apple Pay
– Google Pay

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to business customers.

7. WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
Legal defect liability rights apply. Information on guarantees can be found with each product.

8. LIABILITY
We are liable without limitation for damages due to injury to life, body, or health, intent, gross negligence, guarantees, and product liability law.
For slight negligence of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.
Otherwise, all damage claims are excluded.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS / CANCELLATION
If you subscribe to our refill plans, you can cancel or pause the subscription at any time with a notice period of one day before the current billing period ends.

10. PRICE CHANGES (ABO)
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices fairly based on cost developments, including changes in raw materials, shipping, marketing, service providers, taxes, and legal regulations.
Price reductions must be passed on unless offset by other cost increases.
All changes will be communicated transparently in advance. The applicable price is the one at the time of the contract or the adjusted price following a proper notice period.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
