Natch in London: Bringing a New Perspective to Oral Care

For the third time, we joined the Health Optimisation Summit in London with Natch. And every year, we come away with more: inspiring conversations, fresh ideas and an increasingly positive response to our products. Our visit in September 2026 was our most successful yet — and a particularly encouraging moment for a brand that has put the oral microbiome at the heart of its approach since the beginning in 2021.

Among the conversations about longevity, prevention, biohacking and recovery, we recognised ideas that have helped shape Natch from the beginning: looking beyond conventional routines, choosing ingredients thoughtfully and considering oral care in the wider context of overall health.

An Early Focus on the Oral Microbiome

Our interest in the oral microbiome began well before our third visit to the summit. Early in Natch’s development, we made it a focus of our approach to formulation, alongside postbiotics and carefully selected ingredients, each chosen for a specific purpose.

For us, innovation means bringing these elements together in an everyday oral care routine. It guides how we develop our products, the questions we ask and the conversations we have with our community.

In London, it was exciting to see these subjects attracting more attention — and to introduce visitors to the thinking behind Natch.

Postbiotics and Hydroxyapatite Move into the Spotlight

One development particularly caught our attention this year: the summit now features entire talk series dedicated to postbiotics. A subject that has been part of our own formulation approach is finding a wider audience.

We also noticed some brands placing greater emphasis on hydroxyapatite in their oral care presentations. For Natch, it has been a key ingredient from the beginning. Hydroxyapatite, postbiotics and our focus on the oral microbiome reflect the thoughtful approach to ingredients that has guided our product development since 2021.

Three Visits - and Our Strongest Response Yet

Our third appearance at HOS was our most successful so far. The conversations at our stand and the increasingly positive response to our products gave us fresh momentum.

We were particularly pleased by the interest in what goes into our formulations — and why. Visitors gave us the opportunity to discuss individual ingredients as well as the broader thinking behind our products.

These exchanges are an important reason we return to the summit: to listen, learn and let people discover Natch in person.

Inspiring People and Conversations

One of the highlights of our time in London was the chance to connect with people from across the health and longevity community. We had great conversations with Ben Greenfield, Hofit Golan, Rose Ferguson, Wim Hof and Gary Rhodes, alongside many other biohackers, leading dentists and health experts.

It was also a pleasure to see visitors try Natch for themselves — toothbrushes out, right there at the summit. These moments brought our approach to life and gave us the chance to hear people’s first impressions directly.

A New Partner for Natch in the UK

A particular highlight is our new partnership with NDU Clinic and Dr. Goran Stojanovic, who will support Natch as our UK distributor.

Located on London’s Harley Street, NDU Clinic practises biological dentistry with a holistic approach, viewing oral health as part of the health of the whole body. Its owner and principal dentist, Dr. Goran Stojanovic, studied dentistry in Tübingen, Germany, and developed the clinic into an interdisciplinary health centre. His approach includes collaboration with professionals in fields such as nutrition and physiotherapy.

This perspective beyond teeth is something we share. It was especially good to see NDU Clinic represented at the summit with its own stand. We look forward to introducing more people across the UK to Natch and our approach to modern oral care together.

More Impressions from the Summit: Sleep, Light and Recovery

Alongside the conversations at our stand, we also took time to explore. Good sleep and intentional recovery were particularly prominent themes for us, with a wide range of ideas and experiences on offer.

Taking a More Thoughtful Approach to Light

One example was glasses with specialised lenses designed to filter out certain parts of the light spectrum, such as blue light. Their yellow-tinted lenses made for a striking photo opportunity and opened up conversations about light and evening routines.

For us, this connected with a question that ran through many of our impressions of the summit: how can we approach our everyday habits more consciously?

Making Space for Rest

Eye mask on, headphones on, time to lean back: even in the middle of a busy exhibition, there were opportunities to take a quiet break. Approaches to improving sleep were a major focus at HOS this year, with sleep frequently discussed in the context of longevity.

Alongside these were numerous technology-based experiences, ranging from devices used with breathing masks to futuristic recovery beds, facial masks and robot-assisted massage.

Many could be tried on site. This combination of conversation and discovery is what makes the summit special to us: exploring new approaches, meeting people and bringing ideas home.

Back from London with Fresh Momentum

We returned from our third Health Optimisation Summit full of energy. The growing response to Natch, the increasing visibility of ingredients we adopted early on and our new UK partnership made this visit a special milestone.

For us, London reinforced the value of continuing to ask questions and develop oral care with curiosity and purpose. As the conversation around the oral microbiome grows, we are excited to keep contributing our own perspective.

Health starts in the mouth. That is the conviction behind Natch — and the inspiration we bring to our work every day.

A big thank you to Tim Gray and the entire HOS team for bringing this community together and creating space for so many inspiring conversations. We are delighted to have been part of it for the third time.
